Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and all major credit cards. A credit card number is required to hold appointments. HSA/FSA cards are accepted; please confirm with your account provider what documentation you need for your own records. For returned checks, a $30 fee will be assessed.
Prices listed for wellness services reflect discounted rates for payment at or before time of service. Standard prepaid sessions must be used within 2 years of purchase date. Special offers may have their own expiration dates. When payment is made after time of service for any reason, the standard rate of $31 per unit of 15 minutes applies. Sales tax is additional if the client does not have a valid physician referral or prescription on file.
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact us directly and/or log in to your online account and ensure that the appointment is removed from your calendar. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in an automatic charge up to the full amount of the reserved service, or redemption of a prepaid service if available. Any unpaid balance must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.
Medical massage patients are responsible for paying any late cancellation and no-show fees. Arriving late for a scheduled appointment is considered a no-show for the number of units missed, and the equivalent fee will be charged to the patient directly.
